Welcome to Christian Women In the U.K.
About Us, Our community started as a Facebook group in 2019 as an online support group for Christian Women In the United Kingdom to come together to learn, pray and fellowship together. We seek to support each other live out the gospel practically and speak openly. For some people choosing Christ can mean they are isolated and alienated from friends and family this group makes them feel welcome.
The association of women working towards a common goal is a powerful tool. First Through the Christian Women in the UK podcast, women in the UK are united in enabling and empowering each other. Through this podcast, different women within so the Christian faith in the UK are discovering exceptional strength and using it to the benefit of helping others in need.
The core values are:
- Believe first in the one true Gospel that Christ loves us too much He died to reconcile us to Himself. He alone is The Messiah. He died for the forgiveness of sins and on the third day, He rose again. John 3:16, Romans 3:9
- Provide a safe space and emotional support and prayers bearing one another’s burdens along them., Galatian 6:2
- Bible study and discussions. Proverbs 27:17
- Provide a forum where Christian women can discuss and explore day-to-day issues they face that are not often addressed on the pulpit. Building and forming friendships. Hebrews 10:24-25sisterhood of friendship and support
- Praying for each other and supporting each other practically. John 13: 34-35
- Be courteous, encourage, and build up each other. Thessalonians 5:11
